Fitness Test
UKKs fitness walk test, including interpretation of the results and short exercise tips on continued practice 20 € (the price includes 24%VAT). Muscle fitness and agility test including interpretation of the results and short exercise tips on continued practice 20 € (the price includes 24%VAT).
Group Training Sessions and Courses
Basic price 46,20 €/ 45-60 minute session (the price includes 10%VAT). Larger units according to a separate offer. Possible fee for rent is added. As from 2018 I collaborate with Wasa Sports Club as regards PT services, as from 2019 with Carpella Gym and as from 2020 with Painovoimala in Storkyro. WSC members pay directly to the gym, other clients pay me. The price list is updated according to WSCs prices and packages.
WSC Personal Training Services:
Personal Training services are based on the clients’ own wishes. WSC Membership is now included for those who buy PT packages. For more information and prices, please see Wasa Sports Club’s web page.

Wonnes Wellness Personal Training Services
Exercise Programs + Instruction 149 € (the price includes 24%VAT), includes interview, program for exercise at the gym or in your home and I walk you through the exercises first. Individual Training Sessions for Wonnes Wellness clients 52,08 €/ 60 minute session (the price includes 24%VAT). If the client has a gym membership and wishes to have Wonnes Wellness PT services at the gym, the client should pay the additional costs this may entail.
Distance Packages
(Wonnes Wellness clients only) Adapted to your wishes, for instance, exercise program + dietary advice + discussions on lifestyle changes + includes a one-month follow-up once per week via email, telephone or Skype. (the price includes 24%VAT). Basic Packages (Wonnes Wellness clients only) • Two individual meetings + exercise program, dietary advice and/or lifestyle advice 355 € (the price includes 24%VAT), includes a two-month follow-up once per week via email, telephone or Zoom. • Three individual meetings + exercise program, dietary advice and/or lifestyle advice 490 € (the price includes 24%VAT), includes a three-month follow-up once per week via email, telephone or Zoom. Advanced Packages (Wonnes Wellness clients only) All advanced packages include new exercise programs according to need every six to twelve weeks. • 10 individual meetings + exercise program, dietary advice and/or lifestyle advice 1000 € (the price includes 24%VAT), includes a six-month follow-up once per week via email, telephone or Zoom. • 20 individual meetings + exercise program, dietary advice and/or lifestyle advice 1685 € (the price includes 24%VAT), includes a nine-month follow-up once per week via email, telephone or Zoom. • 30 individual meetings + exercise program, dietary advice and/or lifestyle advice 2335 € (the price includes 24%VAT), includes a twelve-month follow-up once per week via email, telephone or Zoom.
